• My professional mission is to save my clients time, money, and aggravation, by providing competent litigation and legal services at a competitive cost.
• I offer an introductory rate of $30. for the first thirty minutes of an initial consultation, after which I charge reasonable fees. I waive my initial fee for personal injury matters.
• My clients consist mainly of ordinary people and small businesses whose goal is to resolve their legal issues with a minimal expenditure of time, money, and aggravation. Many have been aggrieved by insurers, brokers, adjusters, bureaucrats, agents, advisers, lenders, professionals, or like persons who exploited some special knowledge or power to the detriment of my clients.
• In appropriate cases I accept retainers on a contingency basis.
• I also offer services in preparation of contracts and private corporations.
